soooo yesterday was my birthday lol.  didn't really do anything special tho :P  one of the members of my drum team made me realize that im not a teenager anymore! haha.  i don't know why, but i guess i didn't really think of myself as a teenager cuz im out of high school, but i still was....but now i'm not :D  that really doesn't mean anything tho haha.  so i just have one more year till i can just buy my own drinks instead of asking my mom or sister HAHA and i'll finally be able to try drinks in restaurants!! yayyyy~~ i'm way ahead of myself, huh? my 20th birthday was just yesterday, and i'm talking about next year lol but whatever, it'll come soon haha


anyways, nick always prepares birthday cake and card for people when their birthday is coming up, so he did that for me on the 6th

i wasn't in a good mood on this day and didn't expect this at all, so i was really touched and almost teared up when they did this for me haha but i'm pretty sure no one noticed :P

it's from starbucks hehe so i get to have a free drink from there yay~ although i don't really go to starbucks anymore, i still like free stuff XD so i shall be going there before the 17th (cuz that's when it expires haha)


on my actual birthday, yesterday, my family and i had this cake:



it was decent haha considering the fact that it was from jewels.  BUT the whipped cream was waaaaaay too thick, and i couldn't handle it after eating a little more than half of that slice.


i only got money from my grandpa on my birthday, but i got early bday gifts in august and october XD

the marshmallow one has chocolate inside.  it's quite good.  and out of all the meiji chocolates, i like the hi milk one.  i have no idea what the difference is from the regular milk chocolate, but i like it! haha

after eating, we went to argo tea hehe we went yesterday, too, but we can never say no to argo tea XD  yesterday, Eva got me the drink, and today, i only had to pay $1.10 because i bought nine drinks hehe

so today was my first day of fall semester...); i guess it wasn't that bad tho haha i like my japn professor so far. she's really sweet and nice, and i knew my phys professor because...i'm a physics major so kinda familiar with all the professors lol. that does NOT mean that i know know them. i just know them a little haha. i'm awkward, so i can't become close with my professors...actually, with any adults;;

yesterday, i was catching up on all the blog posts and came across couple of websites.

the first one's tofebruary. they had a lot of pretty stuff, but i can't really see myself wearing them haha. but i did find some pretty cellphone charms :)

white iPad!!!!! & the red smart cover. i didn't know that the red one was leather hence more expensive....

i'm probably gonna get the 16 GB cuz i mostly want it for the purpose of taking notes in classes so don't need a lot of space :) it's $499 so still pricey but not too bad :P

i really need it cuz my laptop's too heavy to carry around, and it's gonna be heavier now cuz i have to carry the fan with it. ugh.

i've also wanted a new phone for awhile cuz my myTouch sucks ass..-_- i didn't realize how bad it was until couple months later. the screen is small as poop, internal memory is also small as poop, and it lags at times...siiiiigh...actually, most of the time.

so i was gonna buy the galaxy s2 once it comes out BUT! they're most likely not gonna make white ones and will be very expensive, so i decided to just get the white iphone 4 haha. i really like the design, but i wanted an android...but...i gave in...;; i love white phones too much T.T

look at it! it's so purtyyyyy~~ PLUS! it's gonna be cheaper by the time i get it since iphone 5 is coming out soon AHAHAHAHA

anyways~ im probably gonna get the above two from the money i'll be getting from school hehe IF i have some to spend :D i hope i do cuz i really want ittttt XO

anywayss~ i'm in urbana now! haha the greyhound jessica and i took was an express, so we got here like 20 or 30 minutes earlier than what it would've been.

before i met up with jessica at her house at 1:30p, i tagged along with my mom when she was dropping my dad off at work (sadly, we only have one car at the moment D:) and went to old orchard with her. she bought cassie new shoes, and i got my tokidoki perfetto eyeliner! i got captain banana :) it's pretty transparent, and i'm not really used to it, but hopefully, i will..soon haha

we also stopped by aldi and marketplace, where i got chocolate hazelnut and mango sorbet gelato hehe. i love both of them, but especially the mango sorbet! i told my mom to tell my brother not to eat that one. i'm gonna eat it when i get back >:D haha

so jessica and i left her house a little before two and got to the station around three, i think.

afterwards, we still had like hour and a half left, so we went to starbucks to get drinks cuz it was REALLY hot yesterday (and even hotter today -_-)

my venti iced americano and jessica's venti green tea frap. fraps are half off between 3p-5p until the 12th, so jessica's frap was cheaper than my americano haha

we went back to the station to wait for the bus, and i decided to be a creeper and take pictures of jessica he

i've wanted a polaroid for so long because everyone (jessica, jin and my sister) around me has a polaroid, and polaroid pics are awesome hehe XD

but i didn't want 7s or 300 because they look the same, and my people all have that. so i was in search for a different kind and came across this one :) it's a lot smaller than the other ones, and the lens is automatic.

i don't care what others say, i'm getting this one B)

3. customized beats

does this look familiar to any of you? because it should haha i tried to copy gd's XD

this one's the real gd beats haha. it was on his me2day. i'm not exactly sure if i got all the colors right, but that's the best i could do :P even if it's not exactly the same, it's still pretty, aint it? haha

i would choose colors on my own, but i don't trust myself;; and this is the best i can do:


haha real simple, right? and it's the same price as the one above. i feel like it would be a waste of my money if i get it customized and make it this simple since the ones they sell are pretty simple themselves, you know?

so will most likely get the one above :)

and i'm not sure yet, but i might be an awesome sister and buy my brother a beats, too :P i won't be able to get him a customized one, too;; but since i haven't given him a decent b-day gift for the past...zillion years;; i might really consider buying him one. i should put that into my budget :D

oh, but before i get these, i'm going to order most of the things, and maybe more, on my wishlist from gmarket XD i can't find the short dress anymore, but the maxis are still there. so i'm good to go~he

anyways, right now jessica and i are waiting for loria to finish her one and only final exam (i think? lol) and grocery shopping, so we can go out to eat at sushi avenue and cocomero. so excited!!

the reason why i desperately wanted to come here is so that i can go there (sushi ave) cuz last time i tried to come, which was during winter break, u of i's winter break started earlier than loyola's, and sushi ave was closing on the day i got out of school T^T sadness. but now i'm here! hehe

oh, and i just started putting in labels for my posts, and guess what? 13 out of 19 posts have the label food HAHA yeah...i love food way too much :P
